Thank you for shopping with ISHTAKARI. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are delivered once you place an order on our website.
1. Order Processing Time
We usually process and pack orders within 1–2 business days. During sales, festivals, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Once processed, your order is handed over to our delivery partners. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or logistical issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment. You can choose free shipping above a certain order value, flat-rate shipping, or weight/location-based shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to monitor the current status of your order.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the courier may return the package to us. We’ll contact you for the correct address, and re-shipping charges may apply. Make sure your address and phone number are accurate for smooth delivery.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered at delivery, don’t accept it. Ask the courier to mark it as Return to Sender and notify us immediately at byishtakari@gmail.com or +91 84453 06108. We’ll arrange a replacement.
7. International Shipping
Right now, we ship only within India.
