1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from the description

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Reason for return
    Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether your return request is approved.

4. Pickup and Inspection

We’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner, depending on your location. After the item is received and inspected, we’ll update you on the status.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable
    Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

6. Replacement Policy

If the same product is in stock, we can send a replacement once the returned item is approved. If the product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.

8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We’ll arrange a quick resolution.
